Terms & Conditions
The fine print — plain and simple.
These Terms & Conditions govern every service Trash Pandas provides — Bin Cleaning (Wheelie Clean), Bonus Bin Day, Curbside Concierge, the Bin Bundle and Bin Boss Bundle, and Driveway Nano-Sealing. By booking, subscribing, or allowing us onto your property you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your household. If you do not agree, please do not book.
By booking, purchasing, or subscribing to any service provided by Trash Pandas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Covered
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Trash Pandas, including but not limited to:
Wheelie Clean Bin Cleaning Services
Bonus Bin Day Service
Bin Concierge (Roll-In / Roll-Out)
Bin Bundle & Bin Boss Bundle subscriptions
One-Time Bin Cleaning
Driveway & Concrete Cleaning
Nano-Tech Driveway Sealing
Bulk / Oversized Item Collection
Any future services offered under the Trash Pandas brand
2. Service Commitment & Term Length
2.1 One-Time Bin Cleans
One-time bin cleaning services are not subject to a contract term and are billed as a single, standalone service.
2.2 Subscription & Recurring Services
All recurring or bundled services — including but not limited to bin cleaning subscriptions, Extra Garbage Day, Bin Concierge, Bin Bundles, Bin Boss Bundles, and any recurring driveway or exterior services — are subject to a minimum twelve (12) month commitment beginning on the service start date.
By enrolling in any recurring service, the Customer agrees to remain subscribed for the full 12-month term.
3. Cancellation & Early Termination
3.1 Cancellation After Commitment Period
After completion of the initial 12-month commitment, services may be cancelled without penalty by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
3.2 Early Cancellation & Termination Fees
If a Customer cancels or terminates a service before completing the 12-month commitment, Trash Pandas reserves the right to charge an early termination fee.
The early termination fee will be the lesser of:
The remaining balance of the 12-month commitment, or
50% of the remaining contract value, or
Recovery of any discounts, promotional pricing, bundle savings, or founder pricing applied during the service term
Early termination fees are intended to recover operational, scheduling, administrative, and equipment costs incurred as part of the agreed service commitment.
4. Billing Authorization & Payment Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to any service, the Customer authorizes Trash Pandas to charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the selected service and billing schedule.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (including Stripe)
The Customer is responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date
Failed, declined, or reversed payments may result in service suspension or termination
Trash Pandas reserves the right to recover unpaid balances, including applicable termination fees, through additional billing attempts or lawful collection methods.
5. Missed Services & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins, driveways, and service areas are:
Properly placed
Accessible
Free from obstructions
If service cannot be completed due to lack of access, improper placement, or blocked service areas, the visit may be considered fulfilled and is not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
6. Acceptable Waste & Proper Use
For bin-related services, only waste permitted under the City of Calgary black bin program may be placed in Trash Pandas bins.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
Hazardous or flammable materials
Batteries or electronics
Paints, chemicals, or liquids
Construction or renovation debris (unless explicitly arranged)
Improper use may result in additional fees, service suspension, or termination.
7. Weather, Safety & Operational Delays
Service schedules may be adjusted due to:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Equipment issues
Municipal collection changes
Trash Pandas will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services where possible but does not guarantee service on a specific date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trash Pandas is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from improper bin use or prohibited materials
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the affected visit.
9. Suspension & Termination of Service
Trash Pandas reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Repeated access issues
Misuse of bins or services
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Suspension or termination does not waive the Customer’s obligation to pay outstanding balances or applicable termination fees.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
Trash Pandas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

💦 What does Trash Pandas actually do?
We’re Calgary’s wheelie bin cleaning experts. We blast your black, blue, and green bins with high-pressure, heated water and eco-friendly cleaners to sanitize, deodorize, and make them look (and smell) like new. We also offer a Curbside Concierge Service – we roll your bins to the curb and back for you. Trash day? Handled.
🗓️ How does the service work?
Easy peasy:
You book.
We show up. (No need to be home!)
We clean your bins with our self-sufficient trailer – no hookups needed!
We leave them sparkling.
On the day of your service, we do not schedule a specific time, but we’ll always come by after your bins have been collected the afternoon of bin day or morning after.
🧼 What’s included in a one-time cleaning?
Our one-time service includes cleaning for all 3 bins – black, green, and blue. We sanitize, deodorize, and do our best to restore them to near-new condition. Some permanent stains may remain, but we’ll give it our all.
🐾 Are there any situations where you won’t clean a bin?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean green bins that contain excessive unpackaged pet waste, bedding or kitty litter or bins that are still full of household garbage. Please make sure bins are mostly empty and ready to be cleaned!
🛢️ Will there be anything left in my bin after?
Sometimes, yes. A small bag of debris may be left in your bin – this is just gunk removed during cleaning or scooped out beforehand. It’s from your bins only and not cross-contaminated.
💧 What happens to the dirty water from my bins?
We take every drop of bin sludge with us. 🛻💦
All wastewater generated during your bin cleaning is fully contained in our mobile unit and safely transported for disposal in accordance with local municipal bylaws and environmental regulations.
We never dump wastewater on your property, street, or down storm drains. That gunk stays on board where it belongs.
🌧️ Any water you see on the ground? That’s just from rinsing the outside of your bins — clean, fresh water used to spray down the exterior. It’s no different (and no more harmful) than a bit of rainwater rolling off your bins on a wet day.
🌱 Are your products eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use biodegradable, eco-conscious cleaners that disinfect and deodorize without harming the environment.
🔥 How do you clean so thoroughly?
Magic. Just kidding – we use high-pressure, heated water, eco-safe cleaning products, and a lot of elbow grease. It’s all done from our custom-built trailer – no need for your water or power.
🎨 Can you remove stains, paint, glue, or chemicals from inside the bin?
We’ll do our absolute best — but we can’t guarantee the removal of all stains, residue, or stuck-on materials like paint, glue, oil, construction materials (such as concrete or asphalt), or harsh chemicals.
These substances often bond permanently with the plastic, and require special solvents or scraping methods beyond what’s safe or appropriate for bin cleaning.
We’ll blast everything with high-pressure hot water and our eco-friendly cleaning solution, but some things are just too stubborn – even for a raccoon with a power washer. 💪🐼

That little sticker? It’s how we tag your bin as part of the Trash Pandas crew 🐼
We apply a durable Trash Pandas ID sticker so we can easily spot your bin for future cleanings – especially in neighborhoods where every bin looks like a clone.
🧼 These aren’t flimsy peel-and-falls – they’re built to withstand weather, wear, and wandering raccoons. They're not meant to come off easily because we want to make sure your bin stays on our radar.

📆 How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Most of our customers choose the Wheelie Clean Service – that’s monthly cleaning Spring through Fall (8 months if we're lucky) to keep things fresh and pest-free. But one-time cleanings are a great place to start!
💳 How do I pay?
Payment is due upon booking, either by:
Paying online at the time of booking, or
Paying the invoice emailed after we receive your booking request.
🧾 Can I get a receipt?
You bet! All bookings come with a digital receipt for your records.
By booking you authorize Trash Pandas and its crew to enter your property (driveway, front yard, lane, parking pad) to perform the service. You are responsible for disclosing and keeping clear any hazards — including but not limited to uneven surfaces, ice, pets, sprinklers, low wires, or locked gates. You assume the risk of normal wear associated with bin handling and pressure-washing on residential property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trash Pandas, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property, arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for: pre-existing bin damage, cracked or degraded bins, bins damaged by overloading or by the City of Calgary's collection equipment, items left in or near bins, or missed collections caused by bins being inaccessible, locked away, or placed on city property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Pandas and its crew from any claim, demand, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your placement of prohibited waste in bins, inaccurate booking information, or failure to make bins or property safely accessible.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Services are provided "as is" except for the express guarantees we state in writing — Bin Cleaning is guaranteed clean per visit, and Driveway Nano-Sealing carries a 4-year product-performance guarantee under normal residential use. We make no other representations or warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta. This document is a general service agreement and not a substitute for independent legal advice.
General Questions
We service all of Calgary and Okotoks. Automated online booking is currently restricted to the deep South East / South West of Calgary and Okotoks. If you're outside that zone we can still help — we're just selective about routes outside the designated area. Contact us to check availability.
Four core services: Bin Cleaning (Wheelie Clean), Bonus Bin Day, Curbside Concierge, and Driveway Nano-Sealing — plus money-saving bundles.
Pick your service, enter your name, phone, email, and address, and check out securely. For bin cleaning we automatically schedule your visits around your city collection day — no back-and-forth needed.
No. As long as your bins are empty and accessible (curbside) on collection day, we take care of the rest.
Securely online with any major card through Stripe. Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly. One-time cleans are paid at checkout.
Routes fill up fast in some neighbourhoods. If checkout blocks your postal code, it means our routes for that service in your area are currently full — email us to join the waitlist and we'll reach out when a spot opens.
Wheelie Clean — Bin Cleaning
We clean with 200°F (93°C) hot water using our specialty bin-cleaning equipment — purpose-built heated pressure washers that blast away grime, grease, and bacteria that a regular hose or cold-water wash simply can't touch. The high heat sanitizes and deodorizes as it cleans, leaving your black, blue, and green bins fresh, hygienic, and smelling clean — inside and out.
You'll get a welcome email with your first service date. Your first visit lands on your next full-bin collection week (when all 3 bins are collected), then once a month we clean, sanitize, and deodorize your black, blue, and green bins using heated pressure washers and eco-friendly products. You'll get a text/email reminder the day before each visit.
Monthly during the season, scheduled around your city collection day. Yearly (Wheelie Clean) subscribers get a visit roughly every 4 weeks for the full season.
We look up your collection schedule and book your cleaning for the day of — or the day after — the city collects all three of your bins (black, green, blue). That way bins are empty when we arrive. You'll get a confirmation email with your date and a reminder the day before each visit.
We schedule around city collection so bins are empty when we arrive. If we arrive to clean and your bins are still full, that visit is not rescheduled or refunded — we can't clean bins that are full of waste. If the city delayed or skipped your collection, let us know before your visit and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Spring through fall. We pause during Calgary's deep-freeze months and resume as soon as temperatures allow — you don't pay for months we can't operate.
Yes — a one-time Deep Clean is about $60 and covers all three bins. New one-time cleans stop near the end of September so we can wind down for the season.
Honestly — not always, and we'd rather be upfront about it. On a one-time or first clean, years of built-up grime, residue, and hardened waste may take more than a single visit to fully lift. Some things — like glue, paint, or sticky adhesives — may never come off at all. Most bins look dramatically better after the first visit, but customers with heavily soiled bins often need a couple of visits to really strip back the years of buildup, chemicals, and grime. That's exactly why we recommend signing up for the Wheelie Clean service — regular monthly visits keep on top of it so your bins stay clean, sanitized, and odour-free all season long instead of starting from scratch each time.

The Yearly Subscription (Wheelie Clean) is $300 paid in full — a $60 saving versus paying monthly. It locks in your spot for the whole season.
Bonus Bin Day
You'll get a welcome email confirming your start date and schedule, and we'll drop a fresh additional black bin within 5 working days. We then pick up your black bin on your off-weeks so you get year-round garbage collection. You'll get automated texts/emails before each pickup.
An extra black bin we supply and collect on your off-week, plus large-item removal — the easiest way to stay ahead of household waste without extra trips to the dump.
Bins must be placed at the end of your driveway, or along your fence / garage door / parking pad on laned properties. Do not leave bins on city property — streets, paths, or alleys. We can't collect bins placed on city property.
Within Calgary city limits only. We can set up routes outside the city, but a new route needs at least 20 customers to run — so if you're outside Calgary and want it, recruit your neighbours and reach out. Once you hit 20 households we'll start a route in your area.
Items that don't fit in your bin — broken chairs, toys, small furniture (side table, coffee table, etc.) — saving you dump runs and disposal fees. No hazardous waste, batteries, chemicals, paint, or construction debris.
City of Calgary black-bin program materials only.
Curbside Concierge
You'll get a welcome email with your assigned pickup day. Then on the day before / day of your city collection, we move your bins to the curb for city pickup and return them to their storage spot once emptied. Never miss a collection again.
Our team rolls your carts out to the curb the evening before your city collection, then rolls them back in after collection. Perfect for busy families, elderly or immobile residents, or anyone who's tired of missing bin day.
Anyone who'd rather not lug bins to the curb — busy families, seniors, and people with mobility challenges. If forgetting bin day or wrestling carts is a hassle, Curbside Concierge takes it off your plate.
Bins must be accessible — not behind fences, locked gates, or blocked areas. We're not responsible for missed collections if bins aren't accessible.
Every collection week, on your scheduled city pickup days, for the full season. It's included in the Bin Boss Bundle.
Just make sure waste is in the right bin (black for garbage, green for food & yard, blue for recycling). We handle the rest — placement, timing, and putting them back.
Driveway Nano-Sealing
A penetrating treatment that creates an invisible shield against liquids, oils, and contaminants while preserving the natural look and grip of your concrete. Unlike traditional sealers, it doesn't leave a film or coating on the surface.

You'll get one confirmation email covering both services, then we go through the same set-up routine as the individual packages. Automated texts/emails notify you of both cleaning and pickup days.
Wheelie Clean + Bonus Bin Day + Curbside Concierge. $90/month or $990/year. Fully managed — we place, return, clean, and empty your bins so you never lift a finger. Bin Boss customers get priority scheduling and faster response times.
You'll get one welcome email covering your cleaning schedule, extra pickups, and concierge details. From there it's fully managed — bins placed, returned, cleaned, and emptied on your behalf.
Up to $160/year versus buying services separately — plus the convenience of one booking, one bill, and (with Bin Boss) zero bin hassle year-round.
