Terms of Service Welcome to Trash Pandas — Alberta’s top bin cleaning service with a serious nose for cleanliness and a no-nonsense approach to trash. Before we roll up and refresh your bins, please review the following terms of service: ✅ One-Time Bin Cleaning Includes: Our one-time cleaning service covers all three standard household bins: Black (garbage) Green (organic waste) Blue (recycling) Each bin is washed, sanitized, and deodorized using eco-friendly products and heated pressure washers for maximum cleaning power. 🚫 When We Can’t Clean: We cannot clean bins that still contain excessive garbage or are not reasonably emptied at time of service. For health and safety reasons, green bins with excessive unpackaged dog waste will not be serviced. If a bin cannot be cleaned due to any of the above, it may be skipped without refund or rescheduling. 🧼 A Note on Debris: Some debris may be removed from your bins prior to or during cleaning. If so, we may leave a sealed bag of waste in your bin afterward. This waste is from your bins only, not from other customers. 💧 Self-Sufficient & Hassle-Free: Our cleaning trailers are completely self-sufficient — we bring our own water and power supply, so no need to hook up to your home. Just leave your bins out, and we’ll handle the rest. ♻️ Sanitized, Deodorized, But Not Magic: Our products are powerful enough to sanitize and deodorize, but: We cannot remove paint or permanent staining inside or outside the bins. We make best efforts to restore your bins to like-new condition, but results may vary depending on the age, material, and wear of each bin. By booking with Trash Pandas, you agree to these terms. We’re Calgary’s wheelie bin cleaning experts. We blast your black, blue, and green bins with high-pressure, heated water and eco-friendly cleaners to sanitize, deodorize, and make them look (and smell) like new. We also offer a Curbside Concierge Service – we roll your bins to the curb and back for you. Trash day? Handled.

You can book and pay right through our website at www.trash-pandas.ca. Super secure and super simple. Payment is due upon booking, either by: Paying online at the time of booking, or Paying the invoice emailed after we receive your booking request.

Great question, your blue & green bin collection dates line up so we only need one date to cover both. this helps us schedule your cleaning for after all 3 bins are collected.

Sometimes, yes. A small bag of debris may be left in your bin – this is just gunk removed during cleaning or scooped out beforehand. It’s from your bins only and not cross-contaminated.

Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean green bins that contain excessive unpackaged pet waste or bins that are still full of household garbage. Please make sure bins are mostly empty and ready to be cleaned! This is why we schedule for after all 3 bins have been collected to ensure they can be empty for cleaning.

This can vary but generally it is because a stain or substance has made a permanent bond to the plastic over time. we use a 3500 PSI washer which heats the water to 90 Degrees Celsius... if that cant remove the culprit, not much can! But if you keep on top of bin cleans and get them done regularly no new stains or deposits will occur.

Our one-time service includes cleaning for all 3 bins – black, green, and blue. We sanitize, deodorize, and do our best to restore them to near-new condition. Some permanent stains may remain, but we’ll give it our all.

Absolutely. We use biodegradable, eco-conscious cleaners that disinfect and deodorize without harming the environment.

Magic. Just kidding – we use high-pressure, heated water, eco-safe cleaning products, and a lot of elbow grease. It’s all done from our custom-built trailer – no need for your water or power.

Most of our customers choose the Wheelie Clean Service – that’s monthly cleaning for 6 months to keep things fresh and pest-free. But one-time cleanings are a great place to start!

Easy peasy: You book. We show up. (No need to be home!) We clean your bins with our self-sufficient trailer – no hookups needed! We leave them sparkling. For concierge customers, we also move your bins in/out on collection day.

We put your bins out the night before collection & return to put the bins away before 5pm day of collection.

Both services are subscription-based. You’ll pay monthly or yearly via: Online payment when you sign up, or Invoice emailed to you for easy payment

Nope! As long as we have clear access to your bins, you don’t need to be there.

We’re hardy like raccoons. We’ll show up in almost any weather. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll notify you and reschedule if needed.

We will haul 3 bins (Green, Blue, Black) volume worth of material away for you. Note: all garbage must be bagged or boxed.

Yes! We can haul anything you need away, for anything over the amount allowed in our $55 service you will need to email us for a custom quote. Please ensure to provide a detailed list and note any appliances, electronics, hazardous materials etc. If there is anything not listed we may refuse to take those items on the day.
